A limited-release Chardonnay, estate-grown during a balanced and high-quality season.

Expressive and inviting from the first pour, the wine layers white peach, nectarine and citrus with subtle hazelnut, toast and finely integrated French oak. The palate is generous yet composed, carrying depth, texture and a long savoury finish. At 14.3% ABV, the wine retains freshness and balance while offering the richness and structure to reward careful cellaring. Produced in strictly limited quantities, the inaugural release reflects the character of the vineyard and the quality of the 2025 season.

Good autumn and winter rainfall replenished soil moisture and supported healthy vine growth. Calm flowering conditions helped achieve good fruit set and healthy crop levels.

Warm days and cool nights allowed slow and even ripening with some significant heat in early January, followed by useful rainfall helping the vines avoid excessive stress during the lead-up to harvest. The mostly dry harvest conditions allowed fruit to be picked at optimal maturity.
